PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER

Established business serving the health insurance industry is seeking a part-time bookkeeper for 20 hours per week. This position is available to begin immediately in the Havertown, PA office.

Requirements & Skill Sets:

- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting field

- Accountable, motivated self-starter

- Time-management oriented with ability to prioritize and monitor deadlines

- Detail-oriented, analytical, thorough and accustomed to checking and verifying data

- Experience with QuickBooks not required, but a plus

- Experience in preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.

- Strong communication skills and able to politely and professionally interface with clients and make accounts receivable collection calls.

- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality with personal account information.

- Experience with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Positive team-player, who can work independently as well as with a group to accomplish goals.

- Tasks may include any of the following, or additional tasks based on ability: Data entry, proofing, entering information on forms, completing insurance document templates.
