Il Mulino New York restaurant company is seeking a trustworthy, responsible individual to join our team in Yardley, PA as FT Payroll Administrator. This key position provides support to staff regarding general questions relating to payroll, accruals, wage deductions, benefit deductions, and other pay-related issues.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our staff accountant and controller to maintain employee confidence and to protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential. We are seeking candidates that have earned an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in an accounting/HR field, as well as at least three years of payroll experience. Experience working with restaurant payroll is preferred.

Timely processing of assigned payrolls
Importing time into the payroll system
Processing manual checks and maintaining manual check log
Maintaining and processing wage garnishments or benefits
Processing year-end reports and reconciling W2 information for accuracy
Provide payroll figures and reports to the accounting department
Assist with the escheatment process
Filing and upkeep of employee payroll records
Assists staff with general questions relating to payroll

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and time management
Strong PC skills including Quickbooks and Excel, as well as Word and Outlook
Ability to identify issues and solutions to ensure timely project completion

Administrative office position in an office environment. Must be able to sit or stand for hours at a time.
