We are seeking an administrative assistant for our Birdsboro office. Our CEO is a busy executive with 9 ownership of 9 corporations, seeking a second assistant for our office in Birdsboro, PA.

Duties include filing, answering phones, providing excellent customer service to our clients, customers, tenants and coworkers. Heavy MS office experience is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to travel 6-8 weeks per year (not all concurrent) with the CEO as business demands to accompany him on client visits, speaking engagements and book signings.

This is a salary position with company laptop and all travel expenses paid. Must be on call for emergencies in rotation with first assistant.

Starting salary of $26,000 to $30,000 per year with bonuses possible, plus health insurance allowance and paid holidays/vacation after 90 days of employment. Normal in-office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7am to 7pm, Wednesday 9am to 3pm.
