About the Job

Longacre Appraisal & Adjustment Services is currently looking for a full time office administrator to assist in the daily operations of the company. Longacre Appraisal and Adjustment Services, Inc. is a multi-line, full service appraisal and adjustment firm based in Philadelphia, PA. We provide inspections and claim management services to insurance carriers and industry professionals seeking timely and detailed evaluations and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of administrative and clerical experience.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel, with the ability to adapt to new technology and function in an electronic environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated individual, preferably w/ demonstrated academic and or professional excellence.
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours a week

Job Specifications

• Assists in answering phones & email correspondences and providing customer service.
• Managing all new claims and assist in assigning to appropriate adjusters.
• Assists in the closing process of all files, billing, editing, emailing, uploading, etc.
• Managing status reports.
• Handling other daily duties of the office to help maintain a flow, i.e. filing, date entry, receiving faxes, emails, sending letters, etc.
